Okay, it is not really an hour long, more like 45 minutes- but this morning we are at Story Hour. Thanks Mom for the example of taking your kids to Story Hour- so much fun. Our friends, Jenny and Nathaniel will be joining us soon.
Last night we all went to church for Youth Group- I actually put Banner in the nursery, I had to take several deep breaths, but I did it!:) I don't usually take them until about 5 months old, but he was fed, changed, and happy, so I decided to go surprise Adam and sit by him instead of stay in the Mother's Room. Banner did great!
Being a mother of three is a joy, challenging, and downright crazy at times. We've always wanted to have a big family, but I really had no idea how wild things could get with three...usually somebody always needs me, (I use to joke I was kind of bored sometimes before Banner came, no longer!), my finer moments do NOT come when they all three are crying/whining or need me at the same time. I laugh when we line up the boys side by side for a tag team diaper change! Things are hopping around our place, it def. keeps me calling out to the Lord and often reaching the end of my strength, patience, and abilities. He is faithful and is helping me take joy in the small things, like cuddling with baby Ellie the turtle (a.k.a Brooklyn) and being shot in the knee with a toy water gun by sharp shooter Kale.
Homeschool is going well. Brooke enjoys learning which makes things much easier.
Adam was thrilled that Kale is sportin' his Manchester United jersey this morning- "United, United!"
Everyone comments on our "Baby Beef" (a.k.a. Banner). He is a cute "little" guy. His smiles, giggles, and his vocalizations melt our hearts.
Tonight Adam and I are going on a date- yippee!
So do any of you Moms watch Sesame Street with your kids? Wow, they have def. updated their content over the years. LL Cool J has been on rapping- awesome. And they do spoofs on "30 Rock" and "CSI Miami"- too funny. My favorite bit though is "Murray has a little Lamb"- very catchy/hip theme song and they use Spanish- perfect combo.:)
Well, story hour is about to start- as my hubby would say, "Peace Out Dogs".

Hey there -
Kennedy changes Reagan's diaper (just pee pee), so Brook should certainly be able to help with Kals if she's interested in helping. Kennedy feel like such a big girl helping me take care of Reagan, which is good since I'm gonna have my hands real full in a few months! :)
