As most of you know I recorded my first CD this year. It was a 6 month process, but it is now complete! My family was very patient with me during the recording process; I couldn't have done it without their support. It was something I had wanted to do for a long time and this winter, I felt God impress upon me that this was the time and this was the reason (our upcoming adoption) to do the CD. Many people were involved in the process...lending their time and talents to complete this, "Echoes of My Heart" CD. My hubby even read a poem on it, sang, and helped me write one of the songs ("Completely")! Now, I should improve my soccer skills for him or go to the shooting range with him a bit more, right?!
There are 15 tracks on the CD, 8 original songs and 7 poems, the kiddos even sing one of them. The daughter was a pro- she recorded her song in only 2 takes...wish I could have said the same thing about mine.:)
