Speeding by like a silver bullet...

No, not Superman...but SUMMER! I know Summer flies by for many people, but especially in camp ministry! Brooke attended Day Camp twice...once with her cousin, Austin and Noah Martin. They had a great time. One of Austin's candid comments, "This is the best camp ever"! We agree.:) It is such a joy to be living on the grounds, we thank God all the time for this amazing opportunity to be here.
I am a bit "frantically" preparing for teaching Kindergarten this fall to Brooke. It is a bit overwhelming, but I am really excited too. It is great to have the freedom to decide what we want her to learn and to get her input too. I am going to be teaching her Spanish and maybe the Wickes kids will be joining us for that too. Brooklyn said she wants to learn about plants (which ones you can eat and which ones are poisonous), birds, and turtles. Kale's latest endearing saying is, "I love you. I love all people!" Banner is one now and "on-the-go". He has great tan skin, like his Papa Reid.:) He is trying to talk- lots of babble, and gives the greatest bear hugs. I hope that never stops! Adam has been driving the boat a lot for the summer camps and he is quite famous for flipping the tubers (on purpose of course).
We've had loads of company lately...it is fun to reconnect and share our new home with others. Well need to go feed the kiddos breakfast. Have a great rest of the summer!
